How It Works: This score is calculated by taking the average percentile ranking of your key physiological indicators compared to general population data. This gives us a single, objective number to benchmark your total wellness.
The Key Metrics Behind Your Score:
Blood Pressure (Arterial Health): Cardiovascular disease is the #1 cause of death globally. We monitor pressure to gauge arterial flexibility and reduce risk through specific exercise and nutrition habits.
VO2 Max (Oxygen Efficiency): The gold standard of longevity. It measures how efficiently your body utilizes oxygen. Improving this metric is the single most effective way to extend your lifespan.
